After you download Anki.

Open the app, skip the empty Default deck or import a shared deck, hit Sync if you have AnkiWeb. How to use Anki is on the Study page. Update Anki from the next MSI/DMG - do not keep 2.1.x if FSRS Anki is the point.

Windows SmartScreen may fuss at a new host. The file is the official 26.09.2 Windows installer mirrored on getanki.com.
